Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the LaunchSite OS, LLC Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the platform - coaches, team members, clients, and visitors. Breaking it can result in suspension or termination.
1. Do not harm people
- Do not use the platform to threaten, harass, stalk, defame, or discriminate against anyone.
- Do not use it to exploit or endanger a minor, or to collect information from a child without the verifiable consent the law requires.
- Do not use it to deliver guidance you know to be unsafe, or to discourage someone from seeking urgent medical care.
2. Do not practise beyond your scope
- Do not use the platform to diagnose disease, prescribe medication, order or interpret labs as a licensed act, or otherwise practise a profession you are not licensed for.
- Do not present the platform, its content, or its AI output as medical advice or as a licensed professional's judgment.
- Do not make disease-treatment, disease-prevention, or cure claims about supplements, peptides, protocols, or programming.
- Do not use the platform to sell or arrange the sale of prescription drugs, controlled substances, or products whose sale requires a licence you do not hold.
3. Do not misuse other people's data
- Do not upload or process anyone's personal information without the consent or other lawful basis your jurisdiction requires.
- Do not upload Protected Health Information you hold as, or on behalf of, a HIPAA covered entity. See the Wellness-Use Eligibility Attestation.
- Do not import purchased, scraped, harvested, or rented contact lists.
- Do not access, or try to access, a workspace, client record, or account you were not granted access to.
- Do not use another person's credentials, or share yours.
4. Do not misuse the messaging channels
SMS, email, WhatsApp, and connected inboxes carry their own legal rules, set out in the Messaging and Outreach Terms. In summary: no messaging without consent, no ignoring an opt-out, no messaging outside permitted hours, no misrepresenting who is sending, and no recording a call without the consent every participant's jurisdiction requires.
5. Do not attack or degrade the platform
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach or circumvent authentication, authorisation, rate limits, or plan entitlements.
- Do not introduce malware, or use the platform to distribute it.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data except through features we provide for it.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the platform as a service to a third party outside your own coaching practice, or share one account across separate businesses.
- Do not overload the service, or use automation that materially degrades it for others.
- Do not use AI features to generate spam, disinformation, or content that violates this policy, and do not use them to extract our prompts, models, or system instructions.
6. Do not misuse content or brands
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted programming, images, or recordings.
- Do not impersonate a person, business, or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Do not publish a testimonial that is fabricated, incentivised without disclosure, or presented as typical when it is not.
- Do not use white-label branding to suggest that a coach's practice is endorsed or operated by us, or to obscure who is responsible for the service being sold.
7. Security research
We welcome good-faith security reports. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us at support@launchsite-os.com before you test anything further, do not access or alter data that is not yours, do not run denial-of-service or social-engineering tests, and give us reasonable time to fix it. We will not pursue a researcher who follows this in good faith.
8. Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse to support@launchsite-os.com. We may investigate, and we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend, or terminate an account that violates this policy. Where practicable we give notice and a chance to cure first; where the conduct is causing active harm, is unlawful, or threatens the platform or other users, we may act immediately. We may preserve and disclose information where the law requires it or to protect people from harm.
